Set which held proposals an agent may accept (company owner or platform admin, ZEN-2).

Only a person signed in to the app: an API key, the MCP server or the AI chat is refused
(403 ``forbidden.autonomyHumanOnly``) whatever its role — no agent may widen
its own boundary. Who and when are stored.

- AgentAcceptIn: ``PUT …/accounting-settings/agent-accept`` — the hold causes an agent may accept (ZEN-2). ``hold_causes``: ``[]`` (the default — agents accept no held proposal) or ``["low_confidence"]`` — held invoice codings whose only cause is low confidence, after the duplicate, VAT and FX checks run again. No other cause can be allowed.
