# Test Bexio Account

`POST /bexio-accounts/{account_id}/test`

Test a bexio account's PAT via ``GET /2.0/company_profile`` (accountant/owner, no ingest).

Read-only by nature (bexio is never mutated). The token never appears in the
response — only reachability/auth + the resolved company name. For a company user the
stored ``base_url`` must still be bexio's API host (422) — the reply quotes the error.

Successful Response

- BexioConnectionTestResponse: ``POST /bexio-accounts/<id>/test`` → connection-test result (no secret). ``accounting_scope`` reports whether the PAT also carries the ``accounting`` scope needed for the chart-of-accounts + tax master sync (probed via ``GET /2.0/accounts``). It is ``None`` when the basic connection failed before the scope could be checked.
