Detach a **natively-posted GL journal entry** from a bank movement (ZET-162).

Removes the native journal plane's link only — the GL entry itself is untouched
(it is a posted booking; reverse it through the ledger if the booking itself is
wrong). ``link_id`` is the ``link_id`` of a row in ``get_bank_entry``'s
``links.gl_journal_entries``. This plane never carries a payment of its own, so
unlinking is always safe; the match status is recomputed afterwards.

⚠️ **A link with ``transfer_bank_entry_id`` set is one half of an internal-transfer
pairing (ZET-435)**: removing it UNDOES THE PAIR — the other movement's link goes too
and BOTH movements go back on suspense (answer ``"Unpaired"``). Nothing is posted or
reversed either way.
