# Reextract Entry

`POST /bank-entries/{entry_id}/reextract`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.zeno-works.ch` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.zeno-works.ch/bank-entries/{entry_id}/reextract`
- Auth: none declared

Correct a misread bank entry from the statement it was read from (ZET-381).

For "our reading of the bank was wrong", never for "the bank was wrong". The statement
file is read again (a cached reading, so normally nothing is billed) and the corrected
figure is taken ONLY from the document: the line its printed running balance contradicts
(ZET-352), or — with ``accept_second_reading`` after checking the paper — the file's
second independent reading of that line. The misread entry is kept, ignored, with its
suspense parking reversed on the parking's own date; the corrected entry is created in
the same statement and booked the way an import books it (or, when the account already
holds that movement, only the misread line is withdrawn). Returns the entry that now
carries the movement.

409 when nothing in the document contradicts the line, when the entry is ignored,
already corrected, linked to a document or booking (unlink/reverse first), not from a
statement reading, or when the corrected entry could not be booked (the correction is
then not made at all). Accountant/owner (ZCT-257).
