# Reject Bank Account Ownership

Reject a ``pending`` or grandfathered account — deletes it + statements/entries.

Admits held (``pending``) accounts and grandfathered ones
(``needs_ownership_review``). 409 for ``declared``/reviewed-``confirmed``
accounts or when entries are already reconciled/linked (defensive — unlink
first). Accountant/owner (ZCT-257) — this **deletes the account and every statement
and entry under it**, which is the most destructive route in this router.
