Every inbound source on the instance and whether it is working (admin).

The stall customers blame the product for: from their side documents simply stop
arriving, and they assume we already know. Until migration 0102 two thirds of the
connectors could not be observed at all — the IMAP, e-Post and filesystem connectors
had no status, no `last_error` and no `last_sync_at`, so a wrong password appeared only
as a `logger.exception` in a container a recreate destroys.

**`status_observed` is the field to read carefully.** `storage_connection.status`
defaults to `connected` at creation, so a cloud drive that has never once polled
successfully would otherwise show green from the moment it was made — precisely the
population this board exists to find. Such a row is reported `unknown` with
`status_observed: false` instead. The three P10 connectors derive their status from
facts they recorded, so theirs is a real observation.

Ordered worst first. Only ENABLED rows count toward `needs_attention`: a connector its
owner deliberately switched off is a fact an operator needs to see when asking "why did
documents stop", but it is not a fault to chase.
