Test an Abacus account via AbaConnect ``Login``/``Ping``/``Logout`` (accountant/owner,
no ingest).

Read-only by nature (Abacus is never mutated). The service password never appears
in the response — only reachability/auth + the resolved mandant. For a company user the
stored ``base_url`` is re-checked (https, public address) before connecting — the reply
quotes the error text.
