# Delete Abacus Account

`DELETE /abacus-accounts/{account_id}`

Delete one Abacus integration account from a company (accountant/owner).

Drops the credentials and the sync link. Data already imported stays in the company's
books; removing the account stops future syncs and does not roll anything back. As with
the bexio equivalent, treat reconnecting as a fresh sync rather than a resume.
