# List facts

`GET /v1/memory`

## Request

Every fact in a scope, newest first. This is the bookkeeping view — to actually recall something, use `POST /v1/memory/search`, which ranks by meaning.

## Query parameters

- `scope` string: Scope as a query-string value: `contact:<contactId>`, `conversation:<conversationId>`, the literal `project`, or omitted for project scope. Only the SHAPE of the id is validated, never its existence — the partition already carries your project, so an id that matches nothing simply addresses an empty scope rather than returning 404.
- `limit` integer
- `cursor` string

Facts in the scope.

    - `text` string: The remembered text.
    - `metadata` object
    - `score` number: Cosine similarity to the query, 0 to 1, higher being closer. Present on search results only — a list or a single read has no query to score against.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
    - `expiresAt` string, date-time
  - `nextCursor` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid scope or query parameters.
- `401`: Unauthorized.
