`POST /v1/discover`

Core discovery endpoint.
An agent describes what it needs, we return matching agents.

## Request body

- DiscoverRequest: What an agent sends to find other agents.
  - `need` string, required: Natural language description of what you need
  - `category` string, nullable: Filter by category
  - `protocols` string[], nullable: Required protocols (mcp, a2a, rest)
  - `min_quality` number, nullable: Minimum trust score 0-100
  - `max_results` integer, nullable: Max results (capped at 10)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- DiscoverResponse: What we return.
  - `results` object[], required
  - `total_matching` integer, required
  - `index_size` integer, required
  - `protocol` string

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
