The Shopify app's webhooks (design 14.0), checked by the HMAC of their raw
body (401 when it does not match).

``app/uninstalled``: the shop disconnected in every company that connected
it, its token forgotten. ``shop/redact``: the same, and the sources reading
it paused. ``customers/data_request`` and ``customers/redact``: Zalia holds
no customer's data, so there is nothing to send or erase. Answered at once.
