# Create Company

`POST /companies`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.zalster.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Register a company.

The company starts in ``provisioning`` and has no tenant database yet.
Provisioning is an explicit operation (``zalia provision-tenant``) rather
than a side effect of this call: creating a database is slow, occasionally
fails, and must be retryable without creating a second company.
