`POST /companies/{company_id}/banners/drawn`

A banner drawn as its layers (decision 252) — any layer, property, outline or element,
in one of the shapes' frames or one ``width`` by ``height`` — with the chosen products
read as ``banner.products[n].<field>`` and written in now. Checked as a template is: a
layer that cannot be drawn is a 400 saying where and how (``problems``). Kept behind
``image_url`` as any banner.
