レンダー一覧。返金済みのものは status=failed / outputUrl 空で返る。

    - `outputUrl` string: 成功時のみ非空。返金済みなら空。

## Other responses

- `401`: 未認証（code: unauthenticated）
- `403`: 権限不足（projects:read / code: insufficient_scope）
- `500`: サーバ内部エラー（code: internal_error）
