# A page of the public member directory

`GET /api/network/members`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://youspot.com`
- URL: `https://youspot.com/api/network/members`
- Auth: none required

Page with `cursor`: read a page, and if `has_more` is true send `next_cursor` back as `cursor` for the one after it. A cursor names the last row it read, so a member who signs up mid-walk cannot shift a row onto a page you already have.

`page` still works for a numbered UI, but it can repeat or skip a row while the directory is being written to. Do not mix the two in one walk.

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string
- `per_page` integer
- `q` string
- `page` integer

## Response `200`

One page of members.

- MemberList
  - `success` boolean, required
  - `members` MemberSummary[], required
    - `username` string, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `headline` string, nullable
    - `avatar_url` string, uri, nullable
    - `member_since` string, date
  - `has_more` boolean, required: Whether another page exists after this one.
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Send back as `cursor` for the next page. Null on the last page.
  - `page` integer: Only meaningful for offset paging.
  - `per_page` integer
  - `total` integer: Members matching the filter, across every page.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was refused. `error` is stable; read `error_description` for the reason.
- `429`: Too many requests from this address in the current window.
