- PreQualDecisionView: Model for viewing the PreQual decision
  - `merchantId` string, nullable: Gets or sets the MerchantId
  - `locatorId` string, nullable: Gets or sets the LocatorId
  - `qualified` boolean: Gets or sets a value indicating whether the merchant is qualified
  - `reasons` string[], nullable: Gets or sets the Reasons for a decision

## Other responses

- `400`: Something went wrong!
- `401`: Unauthorized request
- `404`: Pre-qualification has not been performed for this merchant id
- `422`: Merchant id is invalid
- `500`: Servers are unavailable
