# CommerceCloud Integration Disabled

`POST loyalty/integrations/integration_disabled` (webhook)

Sent when the Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration is disabled because of [authorization errors](https://support.yotpo.com/docs/setting-up-loyalty-referrals-on-salesforce-commerce-cloud#registration-error).

To receive it, add `loyalty/integrations/integration_disabled` to `events` when you [create a filter](ref:create-filter), then [create a store subscription](ref:create-subscription) for each store that installed your app. Yotpo sends the event to your target URL as a `POST` with this JSON body.

The login credentials used to set up the integration expire after 90 days.

  - `topic` string: The event name, `loyalty/integrations/integration_disabled`.
  - `name` string: The display name of the event.
  - `website_url` string: Your store's website URL.
  - `integration_name` string: The integration that was disabled, for example `Commerce Cloud`.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return any 2xx status quickly to acknowledge the event. Without one, Yotpo retries at least 10 times with exponential backoff.
