# App Disconnected

`POST integrations.applications.disconnected.v3` (webhook)

Sent when a merchant disconnects your app: they click **Disconnect** on the integration page in Yotpo, or they uninstall it in your product and you delete the access token with [Remove application](ref:remove-application).

This is an app-level event. To receive it, add `integrations.applications.disconnected.v3` to `events` when you [create a filter](ref:create-filter), then [create an app subscription](ref:create-app-subscription) once for your app. Yotpo sends the event to your target URL as a `POST` with this JSON body.

  - `topic` string: The event name, `integrations.applications.disconnected.v3`.
  - `name` string: The display name of the event, `Application disconnected`.
  - `store` string: The store ID (`app_key`) that disconnected your app.
  - `product_lines` string: The Yotpo products your app was connected to, as a string, for example `[Reviews]`.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return any 2xx status quickly to acknowledge the event. Without one, Yotpo retries at least 10 times with exponential backoff.
