# Update Existing Comment

`PUT /v2/{account_id}/reviews/{review_id}/comment`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://developers.yotpo.com`
- URL: `https://developers.yotpo.com/v2/{account_id}/reviews/{review_id}/comment`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Yotpo-Token`

Use this call to update (edit) an existing comment on a published review. You can find the `review_id` using the **All Reviews** endpoint.

## Path parameters

- `account_id` string, required
- `review_id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `content` string: The textual content of the comment.
  - `public` boolean: Pass a value of `true` to create a comment that is visible to all, or `false` to restrict comment visibility exclusively to the reviewer.

## Response `200`

- `401`: Missing or invalid access token, or the token belongs to a different store.
- `404`: 404
