`POST /api/v1/places/import-from-url`

- ImportFromUrlRequest
  - `url` string, required: Google Maps URL to import (full, short, or CID format)

Successful Response

- PlaceOut: Legacy response schema retained for places_import.py and existing tests. New endpoints return PlaceResponse. This type is intentionally narrow so it deserialises cleanly from both old and new Place ORM rows.
