## Request

One-time acceptance that unlocks the glycemic endpoints for this key. The name given is recorded with the timestamp and originating IP as the acceptance record. Acceptance is stored against the waiver version, so a substantive change to the text asks every key again.

  - `accepted_by` string, required: Full name of the person accepting on behalf of the account holder
