# Update a registration (call / move / complete)

`PATCH /v1/registrations/{lead_pid}`

Advance the visit lifecycle: waiting → on_hold → serving → checkout → completed.

Requires the `registrations:write` scope.

- `lead_pid` string, required

  - `seat` integer
  - `checkout_note` string
