# Update medical record (merge)

`PATCH /v1/patients/{id}/record`

Requires the `patients:write` scope.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

    - `reaction` string
  - `underlying_conditions` object[]
    - `name` string
    - `since` string
  - `panel` integer, nullable — Panel id, or null to clear. PATCH merges, PUT replaces.

- `402` — Monthly quota exceeded
- `403` — Insufficient scope, inactive subscription, or the clinic hasn't authorized API access
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded — see Retry-After header
