`POST /api/v1/group/{id}/contacts/attach`

Attach contact to static segment by contact ids or external customer ids

  - `contactIds` integer[]: The list of attach/detach contact ids to static group (max. 500).
  - `externalCustomerIds` string[]: The list of attach/detach external contacts ids to static group (max. 500).
