# Get Survey

`GET /v3/jobs/{job_alias}/survey`

## Request

This endpoint returns a tailored set of questions and required information based on the provided job alias. This information must be collected from the end user in order to create a project submission. A project submission is how we match users with qualified home service providers — the more accurately this data is filled out, the higher the quality of the submission, leading to better and more relevant matches.

    - `question_text` string, required: The text of the survey question.
    - `available_choices` string[], required: The available choices for the survey question.
    - `only_accepts_choices` boolean, required: Whether the survey question only accepts predefined choices.
    - `is_multi_select` boolean, required: Whether the survey question allows selecting multiple available choices.
    - `is_required` boolean, required: Whether the survey question is required.
