# Creates a new Smart Quote.

`POST /v2/quotes`

Creates a new Smart Quote. If the specified service ID refers to Classic Quote, 400 Bad Request is returned instead.

  - `clientId` integer
  - `serviceId` integer
  - `opportunityOfferId` integer
