# Search the MPT registry index (free)

`GET /api/mpt/search`

## Request

Find Multi-Purpose Token (XLS-33) issuances by issuer address, MPTokenIssuanceID (or a hex prefix), or token name / ticker. Served from the registry index — the union of Bithomp's per-issuer data and our own ledger_data walk. The response carries `coverage` ("complete-per-known-issuer" | "partial") with `guarantees` / `doesNotGuarantee` strings: "complete-per-known-issuer" means every issuance of every issuer we know about is indexed and ledger-verified, NOT that no unknown issuer exists. Free, no signup.
