# Continuous monitoring: what it does, its limits and its honest capacity (no key)

`GET /api/monitor`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.xrplhub.io`
- URL: `https://www.xrplhub.io/api/monitor`
- Auth: none declared

Continuous monitoring is layered on top of underwriting, not a replacement. Underwriting judges structural risk before signing; monitoring reports OBSERVED behavioral changes in public XRP Ledger data after — once a day, for wallets you choose. Not real-time. Returns the event types, per-plan watch slots (free 3, starter 25, growth 250, scale 2,500 — per-key ceilings), the shared platform limit (what the one daily monitoring run can keep current) with the free-tier ceiling, the consumer-use acknowledgement text + version, webhook signing rules and the disclaimer.

## Response `200`

Capabilities, limits, capacity statement, acknowledgement text.
