# Plan a Permissioned Domain gated on XRPLScore credential tiers (free plan; the transaction is the paid 'permdomain' service)

## Request

Given the domain-owner account and the lowest tier to admit (min600|min650|min700|min750), returns the exact accepted-credential list (the floor tier AND every tier above it — a wallet holds only its highest tier), cost, member steps, and the x402 resource that delivers the unsigned PermissionedDomainSet. Optional alsoAccept and domainId (update). Unsigned only.
