# List websites rising, falling or new in the Xranks rank

`GET /api/trends/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://xranks.com`
- URL: `https://xranks.com/api/trends/`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Weekly-updated lists of websites whose rank moved the most. Needs a Trends API subscription ($79/month, 1,000 calls a day), separate from the domain API plans; the same API key works.

One page of the list.

  - `asof` string, nullable: Date of the data.
  - `total` integer: Rows in the whole list (for paging with o/limit).
  - `offset` integer

    - `n` integer: Position in the list.
    - `domain` string
    - `rank` integer, nullable: Xranks rank now.
    - `rank_then` integer, nullable: Rank at the start of the window.
    - `x` number, nullable: Strength of the move (rank_then / rank for rising).
    - `visits_now` integer, nullable: Estimated daily visits now.
    - `visits_gain` integer, nullable: Estimated daily visits gained (lost when falling).
    - `change` string, nullable: Human-readable change, e.g. "×3.2".
    - `category` string, nullable
    - `country` string, nullable: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, for country-specific sites.
    - `status` string, nullable
  - `quota` object
    - `used` integer
    - `daily` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid domain or malformed request.
- `401`: Missing, invalid or inactive API key.
- `429`: Quota used up for the rolling 30 days (or the batch needs more lookups than are left).
