`PATCH /webhooks/{id}`

- `400` — Invalid input
- `401` — Unauthenticated
- `402` — Payment required. Returns a WWW-Authenticate header with an MPP challenge for pay-per-use endpoints, or indicates a subscription/credit issue for identity-authenticated endpoints.
