# Get event

`GET /events/{id}`

Returns one monitor event owned by the account.

## Path parameters

Event details

- EventDetail — Full monitor event including payload data and optional X event ID.

  - `username` string — Account username for this detailed monitor event.
  - `query` string — Keyword query for this detailed monitor event.
  - `monitorId` string, required — Monitor ID associated with this detailed event payload.
  - `monitorName` string — Label of the monitor behind this detailed event, when set.
  - `monitorType` 'account' | 'keyword', required — Source monitor type for this detailed event.
  - `keywordMonitorId` string — Keyword monitor ID included on detailed keyword events.
  - `occurredAt` string, date-time, required
  - `data` PublicMetadata, required — Public metadata whose fields are defined by X.
  - `xEventId` string

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid input
- `401` — Unauthenticated
- `404` — Not found
- `429` — Xquik tier rate limit exceeded. Wait `Retry-After` seconds before retrying.
