# Get full X Article content with cover image and metadata

`GET /api/v1/x/articles/{tweetId}`

Retrieve the full content of an X Article (long-form post) by numeric tweet ID. Returns article_not_found when the tweet is valid but is not an X Article.

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid input
- `401` — Unauthenticated
- `402` — Payment required. MPP reads include `WWW-Authenticate`. Authenticated reads include balances and checkout; a failed request never creates checkout. Guest keys offer top-up.
- `404` — Article not found
- `424` — Dependency unavailable, unauthorized, or limited. Default v1 uses 502; best-practice responses use 424 for transparent dependency failures. Search answers 424 `search_unavailable` when X fails the query itself.
- `429` — Xquik tier rate limit exceeded. Wait `Retry-After` seconds before retrying.
- `502` — Dependency unavailable, unauthorized, or limited. Default v1 uses 502; best-practice responses use 424 for transparent dependency failures. Search answers 424 `search_unavailable` when X fails the query itself.
- `default` — Unexpected error.
