# Search Xquik documentation with query parameters

`GET /ask`

Send a flat NLWeb 0.55 request through query parameters.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, required
- `site` 'docs.xquik.com' | 'xquik.com'
- `mode` 'list'
- `response_format` 'chatgpt_app' | 'conversational_search'
- `streaming` boolean

## Other responses

- `200` — unresolved $ref
- `400` — unresolved $ref
- `413` — unresolved $ref
- `429` — Xquik tier rate limit exceeded. The response includes a `Retry-After` header with the number of seconds to wait before retrying.
- `502` — unresolved $ref
- `default` — Unexpected error.
