# Create transfers

`POST /transfers/account/{AccountIdentifier}/program/{ProgramCode}/action/create`

Allows creation transfers in bulk

## Path parameters

- `AccountIdentifier` string, required
- `ProgramCode` string, required: Ref.Data.PROGRAM

## Request body

- object: Registry transfer purpose is required for PJM
  - `dryRun` boolean: If true it will only do the validation of the request but not to create the transfers
  - `counterpartyRegistryName` string, required
  - `registryTransferPurpose` string: Ref.Data.PJM_TRANSFER_PURPOSE
  - `settlementDate` string, date, required: Date when transfers should be settled in EST time zone
  - `showPriceInRegistry` boolean: Required for PJM and NEPOOL. Price will be communicated to registry on placement.
  - `notes` string
  - `transfers` object[], required
    - `externalTransferIdentifier` string
    - `ein` string, required
    - `unitPrice` Price
      - `currency` string, required: Ref.Data.CURRENCY
      - `amount` number, required: The numeric value of the price
    - `transferData` union, required
      - TransferDataStrategy
        - `transferDataType` string, required
        - `taxLotSelectionStrategy` string, required: Ref.Data.TAX_LOT_SELECTION_STRATEGY
        - `quantity` integer, required
      - TransferDataTaxLots
        - `transferDataType` string, required
        - `taxLots` object[], required
          - `taxLotId` integer, required
          - `quantity` integer, required
