`POST /v1/tasks/{task_id}/approvals/{request_id}`

Approve or decline a tool call this task holds; the api key's owner must be one of its approvers

- TaskApprovalDecision: Approve or decline one of the task's held tool calls; the api key's owner is the person deciding.
