# Get Agent Inbox

`GET /v1/agents/{agent_id}/inbox`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.xpander.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.xpander.ai/v1/agents/{agent_id}/inbox`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

List conversations that reached this agent by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, newest first.

## Path parameters

- `agent_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `source` string: Comma-separated channels to include (email, whatsapp, telegram). Defaults to every channel enabled on the agent.
- `from_date` string: ISO date/datetime - only conversations created at or after it (a bare date covers the whole UTC day).
- `to_date` string: ISO date/datetime - only conversations created at or before it.
- `q` string: Case-insensitive text matched against conversation titles.
- `limit` integer: Max conversations to return.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- InboxConversationsResponse: The agent's inbound inbox, filtered.
  - `items` InboxConversation[]
    - `id` string, required: Conversation (execution) id.
    - `source` string, required: Inbound channel: email or whatsapp.
    - `title` string: Conversation title.
    - `status` string: Execution status.
    - `user_id` string, nullable: Profile id or address of whoever started the conversation.
    - `sender` string, nullable: Sender email address; resolved from the profile when the row carries an id.
    - `created_at` string: Creation timestamp (ISO).
    - `updated_at` string: Last update timestamp (ISO).
  - `sources_enabled` string[]: Inbox channels enabled on this agent; empty means no inbox at all.
  - `total` integer: Matches before the limit cap was applied.

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
