Without symbol: the latest settlement, highest days to cover. With symbol: the symbol's biweekly history since December 2017, newest first, up to 200 reports. Docs: https://xoomar.com/markets/api/short-interest

    - `changePct` string, nullable: Change in short quantity vs the prior report
