`GET /apps/{app_id}/threads/{number}`

Read one thread of the app, with its notes oldest first.

The order is ``created_at`` ascending with the row id as the tie
break, so the discussion reads top to bottom. Each note carries the
vote counts and the member denominator. An unknown number reads
404.
