single à la carte feature unlock (see services/feature_addon_service.py)
instead of a full plan. Deliberately its own endpoint rather than a
branch inside the plan one -- the two sell fundamentally different
things (a whole plan vs one feature) and mixing their request/response
shapes would make both harder to read.
