2026-09-14 (AJ: "開條賺錢新路" -- Recall Alert API for e-commerce
sellers): free-text CPSC consumer-product recall search by brand or
product name (services/cpsc_service.py's search_recalls_by_keyword())
-- the sibling /v1/product-recalls/{ticker} above only answers "does
this PUBLIC COMPANY have recalls", keyed off a small pre-mapped list
of ~24 large tickers; an Amazon/Shopify seller's own brand is almost
never one of those, so this takes any free-text keyword instead. Same
live CPSC source, same honesty posture (fetch_error:true in-body on a
genuine upstream failure, never a fabricated zero-recalls reading).
