FDA-regulated recall and adverse-event context for `ticker`
(services/openfda_service.py) -- food/drug/device enforcement
(recalls) plus food-specific consumer adverse-event reports (CAERS),
trailing 12 months. No API key required on openFDA's side (a first
for this codebase's Data Factory collectors -- see that module's
docstring). Only populated for tickers with a real keyword mapping;
any other ticker returns `data: null`.
