Learned from the 13F info-table filename bug (multiple back-and-forth
debugging rounds with AJ to pin down): this time, build the raw-
response diagnostic upfront instead of reactively. Runs the exact
same EFTS request services.sec_13d_13g_service.search_recent_filings
makes, but returns SEC's raw JSON response instead of the parsed/
filtered result, so a field-name mismatch in _extract_hit_fields can
be spotted in one round-trip.
