2026-08-25 (AJ: "咁FREE KEY比人用，我接到數據訓ENGINE或儲存之類嗎"): the
honest answer at the time was "no signal at all" -- intelligence_api_
usage only ever counted raw call volume. services/intelligence_quota_
service.py's log_query()/get_trending_tickers() close that gap with a
lightweight, aggregate-only query log (endpoint+ticker+timestamp, never
the response payload) -- this is the admin-facing read of it. Answers
"what are developers actually asking the API about" (a product signal
on which tickers/features to prioritize), not "was the model right"
(that requires the Prediction Ledger's own internal grading loop, a
different question this endpoint deliberately doesn't claim to answer).
