Real Elementor control schema for a widget, read from the site itself.

Our hand-maintained schema covers ~20 static widgets and nothing dynamic.
This asks Elementor directly, so it is right for that version and licence and
includes third-party addons. `post_id` + `node_id` resolve the widget type
from the element itself — passing them used to be silently ignored and the
whole 142-widget registry came back instead (agent feedback 2026-09-17).
