`GET /sites/{site_id}/requirements`

## Request

What "good" means for THIS kind of site — "X of Y requirements met".

A layer on top of the scores, not a change to them: existing weights and
trends are untouched. Checks read only signals the last crawl already
persisted, and anything not measured is reported as `unknown` rather than
counted either way.
