Which keywords this site's competitors are relevant for, and where that
meets its own terms.

Free — Google Keyword Planner, no DataForSEO. Returns `configured: false`
with an explanation (never an error) until a developer token and Ads account
are set, so callers can degrade cleanly.

This approximates the CONTESTED set; it does not report ranking positions.
Use it to choose the few keywords worth an exact SERP check.

- `email` string, nullable
- `limit_per_domain` integer
- `location_code` integer, nullable: Country location code, e.g. 2840 for United States, 2356 India. Defaults to 2840 when omitted.
