## Request

Sweep active GA4 connections for the 2026-09-12 incident class: a
connection whose data stream's own GA4 "Default URI" doesn't match the
brand it's attached to (found live on a real account — see
api/services/google_analytics.ga4_stream_domain_mismatch).

Existing connections predate that guardrail and were never re-checked —
this is the one-time backfill/detection sweep, not something that runs
automatically. Read-only by default; pass apply=true to persist findings
onto each GaConnection row so ga_status starts warning on them too.

## Query parameters

- `apply` boolean: If true, persist stream_default_uri/domain_mismatch on each checked connection. Default is a dry-run report only.
- `limit` integer
