One live SERP call with DataForSEO's documented payload, reported raw.

Diagnostic only. Live SERP tasks have been rejected account-wide with
"40502 POST Data Is Empty" while our logged payload was fully populated, and
no tracked keyword on any brand has ever received a position. This isolates
the cause: if the documented minimal payload succeeds, our extra fields
(target, stop_crawl_on_match) are to blame; if it fails identically, the
endpoint is not available to this account. Costs one request.
