Updates tags for multiple suppliers

## Request body

- object[]
  - `id` string: Resource identifier.
  - `tags` object[]: A list of tags
    - `id` string: Either ID or name and key.
    - `key` string: The key of the tag
    - `name` string: The name of the tag
    - `color` string: Hexadecimal color value in 6-digit format without the leading # character.

## Response `204`

Operation completed successfully, no response body

## Other responses

- `400`: IETF RFC 9457 Problem API compliant response
- `429`: Too many API calls made.
